Editorial

Editorial policy

How we research, write, review, and update the content on this site.

Research process

Every ingredient claim is checked against published human research where it exists. We prioritise systematic reviews and meta-analyses over single trials, and we note when a body of evidence is small, mixed, or methodologically weak.

Where a manufacturer makes a claim the literature does not support, we say so rather than repeating it.

Medical review

Supplement content is reviewed by a medically qualified reviewer for safety framing, contraindications, and the accuracy of risk statements. Medical review is not a product endorsement.

Ratings

Our editorial score reflects formula transparency, evidence quality, value, and tolerability. Ratings are set by the editorial team and are never influenced by commission rates.

Update policy

Reviews are revisited when a formula changes, when significant new research is published, or at least annually. The last updated date is shown at the top of each review.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it and note the change. Report errors through our contact page with the relevant source attached.
